Role Purpose:Mendampingi Sales Force team dan Community untuk menjadi solution advisor dalam mengakuisisi pelanggan / community baru, dan memberikan advice solusi teknis yang bersifat strategis.Mendampingi Merchandiser dalam melakukan pekerjaan branding point of sales dan touch point sesuai dengan standar dan peruntukkan material promo.Lead dan coach team (outsource) untuk menyusun proposal dan program teknis marketingcommunication &   community.Merencanakan/menyusun program baru dan membuat desain untuk brand & sales activation dan   mengkoordinasikannya dengan fungsi terkait di HQ dan RegionMemperluas knowledge teknis ke produk-produk di luar produk prepaid dan postpaid agar bisamemberikan wawasan   dan solusi lengkap.Project management, berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan branding/campaign

Requirements:
Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in related field
2. Understanding in Marketing Communication

Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in sales & marketing area

Skills:
Good communication skill
Good relationship

Diberitahukan pada peserta Rekrut Eksternal Tingkat D3/S1 yang bersumber dari Job Fair ITS 29-30 September 2015 yang tercantum dibawah ini dinyatakan lulus Seleksi Tahap I (Administrasi dan Kesehatan Awal) berhak mengikuti Seleksi Tahap II (Tes Wawancara) yang akan dilaksanakan pada :

Hari / Tgl   : 5 s.d 7 Oktober 2015 (sesuai penjadwalan peserta)

Waktu        : Pukul 07.00 - selesai

Lokasi Tes : Gedung Serba Guna Kantor DAOP 8 Surabaya

                     PT. KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO)

                     Jl. Gubeng Masjid, Surabaya

Ketentuan  :   1. Setiap peserta harap membawa :

                         a. Ijazah Asli /  Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL) dan Fotocopy yang dilegalisir;

                         b. Transkrip nilai asli dan fotocopy yang dilegalisir;

                         c. Pas Foto 4X6 (4 Lembar);

                         d. Kartu Identitas (KTP/SIM) yang berlaku;

                         e. Curiculum Vitae (CV)

                     2. Pada saat mengikuti seleksi tahap II (tes wawancara) peserta wajib bersepatu dan berpakaian bebas rapi.

                     3. Peserta yang tidak hadir sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan dianggap mengundurkan diri.

                     4. Kartu peserta dapat diambil saat registrasi pada pelaksanaan test wawancara/akademik.

                     5. Seleksi ini menggunakan sistem gugur

                     6. Keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat

inilah dunia kita sobat.. dunia untuk kita berinteraksi, dunia untuk kita membutuhkan makan, minum, keamanan, kenyamanan, tempat tinggal, dunia dimana kita butuh teman, pasangan hidup dan dunia dimana kita menikmati hidup ini 

Dari kecil kita di ajarkan orang tua kita, atau melihat orang tua kita pergi keluar rumah.. meninggalkan kita di rumah. apa yang mereka lakukan ???

"KERJA"

kebutuhan manusia itu banyak sob, terutama makanan, minum, sandang dan papan dimana kita kenal hal itu dengan nama "kebutuhan primer". dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan tersebut dianggap seseorang di cap sudah sukses, padahal ke suksesan belum tentu dari banyaknya harta dan tahta. tapi kesuksesan itu berasal dari kebahagian dan manfaat yang kita berikan kepada orang lain.
